At Rabiya Star, we take pride in the quality of our fabrics and want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Tailored or customised items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in workmanship.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +971 567677038 within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Alternatively, you may fill out our online return request form.
3. Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide a return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) to prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.
4. Inspection & Approval
- Returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days of receipt.
- If the item meets our return conditions, your refund or exchange will be processed.
- If the item does not meet return conditions, we will contact you with photos and reasoning. The item may be returned to you at your expense.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within UAE.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
6. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
- Faulty item claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under this policy.
- Items that have entered the tailoring process cannot be cancelled.
